We accomplish work through the use of an equity lens centered on critical race theory and Black liberation theology. We believe through centering race, and it's intersections with other aspects of our identity, individuals and organizations can develop the capacities needed to co-construct solutions and their aspirational goals around equity to reality. Equity is not a destination, it is the purpose we strive to continuously walk in.
